T his product is an excellent penetrating agent which is resistant to alkali and high temperature. It is environment friendly for not containing APEO. Moreover, it is low foaming and easy to control. It performs well in alkaline solution, overcoming the defects of comment penetrating agent and Fleet Penetrating Agent T whose penetrating power decreases when meet alkali.

Characteristics and Capabilities

This product has super penetrating and dispersing properties. It is mainly used in scouring of all kinds of fibers and fabrics for removing natural impurities, sizing agent, sizing oil and so on. It is resistant to strong alkali, low foaming and environment friendly for not containing APEO. It has synergistic effect with strong alkali when heated.

Directions of Applications

Suggested processes and formulations  :Cotton and Linen Fabric

1.Dipping Pretreating process:0.5-1%(o.w.f)

2. Continuous pretreating process:2-6g/L

 Specific amount should be decided according to practical fabric and bath ratio.

Important Note

Stir to mix well before using and keep the container of the left product for using next time.
